Data Deletion Instructions

If you used Facebook Login (or another social login) with GGHurbor, or you want your GGHurbor account data deleted, follow the steps below.

1. Request deletion from GGHurbor

1. Sign in to your GGHurbor account (if you still can).
2. Open Contact Support or the Help Center chat and submit a request titled Account / data deletion.
3. Include the email address on your account and, if you used Facebook Login, the Facebook name or user ID you signed in with.

You may also email us from the address on your account via the contact form on /contact.

2. What we delete

When we process a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize:

• Account profile data (username, email, avatar, bio, and linked social login IDs)
• Session tokens and login credentials associated with the account
• Personal data we no longer need to operate the marketplace

We may retain limited records when required for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, or accounting purposes (for example order history needed to resolve chargebacks). Retained records are kept only as long as necessary and are not used for marketing.

3. Facebook Login data

If you signed in with Facebook, deleting your GGHurbor account removes our stored Facebook user ID link and related profile data we received during login. To also remove GGHurbor's access from Facebook itself:

1. Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings
2. Go to Apps and websites
3. Remove gghurbor (or GGHurbor) from your connected apps

4. Timing

We aim to confirm deletion requests within 30 days after we verify your identity. Complex cases (open disputes or payouts) may take longer; we will tell you if that applies.
